Crazy Eye Studio Script License

This script is the property of Crazy Eye Studio and is provided under the following license terms:

  1. Grant of License
    -Crazy Eye Studio grants the user ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal and/or commercial use as defined below, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  1. Permitted Use
    -The Licensee is permitted to use, modify, and integrate the Software within their own FiveM -server.
    -The Software may be used for personal or commercial use on private or public FiveM servers.
  1. Restrictions
    -Licensee may not redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software to any third parties, either --modified or unmodified, without explicit written consent from Crazy Eye Studio.
    -Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software is strictly prohibited.
    -Licensee must retain the original copyright notice in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
  1. Attribution
    -Licensee must provide attribution to Crazy Eye Studio in any publicly accessible credits or documentation related to the use of the Software. The attribution must include the following notice:
    "Script developed by Crazy Eye Studio"
  1. Liability
    -The Software is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall Crazy Eye Studio be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of the Software.
  1. Termination
    -Crazy Eye Studio reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the Licensee violates any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.
  1. Governing Law
    -This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
