Crazy Eyes Studio TERMS OF SERVICES

Welcome to Crazy Eyes Studio's! By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. General Terms
    All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered, unless explicitly stated in writing.
    By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
  1. Terms of Use
    Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any assets provided by Creazy Eyes Studio (CES) in any form is strictly prohibited.
  1. Intellectual Property
    All assets provided remain the sole intellectual property of CES.
    Unauthorized modifications, repackaging, or distribution of our assets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  1. Liability
    CES is not liable for any damages, server issues, or losses arising from the use of our assets.
    It is the client’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their server prior to purchase.
  1. Support
    Support is available for both purchased and free assets via our ticket system.
    Custom modifications or extensive troubleshooting will not be provided as part of standard support unless agreed upon in a separate arrangement.
  1. Payment and Delivery:
    Commissions worth $50 or more will be eligable for a 50% upfront deposit or paid in full upfront.
    Commissions worth less than $50 will not eligible for a deposit and shall be paid in full upfront.
    All commissions shall be paid in full prior to the delivery of the asset or any of its associated files.
    Delivery of assets will occur within the specified timeframe provided at the time of purchase.
    Accepted payment methods include Cash App and PayPal.
    All invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours from the time they are issued.
    Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in service delays, suspension, or cancellation of your request or order.
    If payment is not received within 72 hours, any associated tickets or services may be closed or voided without further notice.
    Reactivation of services after a missed payment deadline may require a new ticket or request submission, and is subject to current availability and pricing.
  1. Breach of Terms
    Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of access to our services and assets.
  1. Modifications to Terms
    CES reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our #announcements channel or other appropriate methods.
    By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
